Refund Policy

At AL DIGITALSOUND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio assets and custom services. However, due to the digital nature of our products, specific refund rules apply.

1. Digital Downloads (Subscriptions & Plans)

Because digital files (WAV, MP3, Stems) cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales of digital plans and instant downloads are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you have purchased a plan but have not yet downloaded any files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Custom Tune Requests

Custom tune requests and expert mixing/mastering are bespoke services tailored to your exact specifications.

• Before work begins: If you cancel a custom tune or mixing add-on before our engineers have commenced work, you are entitled to a full refund for that add-on.
• After work has begun: Once work has begun, custom services are non-refundable. However, we guarantee up to 3 minor revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if:

• You have been double-charged by mistake.
• The audio files delivered are corrupted or technically defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a non-downloaded plan or a canceled custom tune request, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your Order Reference Number and the email address used during checkout.
